Description

HIC 420GP Panel-mounted 4-20mA Current source generator is a low cost 4-20mA current source signal output panel meter with 0-100 (%) display. Its output is very steady and adjustable. It displays 0-100 (%) in corresponding to 4-20mA in the LED screen. This current signal generator is widely used in 4-20mA transmitter signal simulation, PLC calibration, meters testing, valves adjustment, etc.

 

Main Features

-Adjustable 4-20mA output through knob, easy to operate.

-Fast response, no delay, stable accurate output.

-Wide range power supply: 12-30VDC, recommend 12V or 24VDC.

-Display 0.0-100 in corresponding to 4-20mA. One-turn (360 degree) rotation from 0.0-100 (4-20mA) output adjustment.

-Have input reverse-polarity protection circuit, the meter does not work in reverse polarity connection, no damages.

-Standard stable current output: adjusting the One-turn (360 degree) potentiometer knob to get 4-20mA current output.

-Stable current adjustment: using wire-wound potentiometer to adjust current output, output signal is very stable and steady. No sudden changes like that caused by using carbon film potentiometer.

- Have percentage accurate display. It makes user easy to monitor and control the operation status of devices.

-Output load capacity: 0-285Ω load when power supply input is 12VDC; 0-800Ω load when power supply input is 24VDC.
