You can purchase your items online, we will ship them to you by DHL express, Fedex express, HK Post, Epacket, etc based on your requirements . Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price and delivery information. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be prepaid by customers. Actual shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Before checkout, the website will show the shipping charges for customers by list of charges for shipping methods available from your items in your cart and your selected destination. Shipping Methods

DHL/Fedex/EMS/Post: DHL Express sends shipments to you, usually 3-5 business days. EMS takes a bit longer 7-10 working days. Post usually takes 7-45 days. Please choose one mode for your convenience.

Returns policy

1. All returns must be authorized by an RMA number. Email sales at hicomponent.com for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise. Please include your name, order number and the reason for the return in your email request.

2. Returns for any unaffected goods permitted within 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.

3. All returns will incur a 10 percent payment service charge.

4. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

5. Returned goods shipping charges are the responsibility of customers.

6. Duty/tax if any are not refundable.
