Description

HIC PWMC2 Current voltage to PWM Converter is a low cost stable small size 0-20mA 4-20mA 0-5V 0-10v to PWM signal conversion circuit module. It supports 2-channel 0-5V or 0-10V voltage signal input and 2-channel 0-20mA, 4-20mA input, output 4-channel PWM frequency signal, output frequency is 0Hz to 1KHz or 0-10KHz. It is an ideal signal conversion module for data acquisition, process controlling signal conditioning or further development.

Operating Instructions

-Ensure the power supply VCC and GND are connected correctly, no reverse polarity connection to avoid damage.

-Input voltage can be 0-5V or 0-10V, please connect controllable voltage input.


[0/4-20mA] Soldering Pad Resistance Function

A. Short-circuited connection to 0/4-20mA: input range is 4-20mA

B. Open-circuited connection to 0/4-20mA: input range is 0-20mA

 

[0-5/10V] Soldering Pad Resistance Function

A. Short-circuited connection to 0-5/10V: input is 0-10VDC

B. Open-circuited connection to 0-5/10V: input is 0-5VDC

 

[D/F] Soldering Pad Function (PWM or frequency pulse signal selection)

A. Short-circuited connection to D/F pad: output PWM signal 0%-100% duty cycle (fixed 1KHz or 100Hz frequency).

B. Open-circuited connection to D/F pad: output pulse frequency signal duty cycle is 50% (output frequency is 0-1KHz or 0-10KHz).


[0-1/10KHZ] Soldering Pad Function (Frequency value selection)

A.Short-circuited connection to 0-1/10KHz pad: output is 0-1KHz pulse 50% dutycycle OR fixed 100Hz (PWM 0%-100% duty cycle output, D/F pad is short-circuited).

B.Open-circuited connection to 0-1/10KHz pad: output is 0-10KHz pulse 50% duty cycle OR fixed 1KHz (PWM 0%-100% duty cycle output, D/F pad is short-circuited).

 

[G/S] Soldering Pad Resistance Function

A. Short-circuited connection to G/S pad: output servo/steering engine signal 0.5-2.5mS high level (20mS cycle is 50Hz.)

B. Open-circuited connection to G/S pad:  output PWM duty cycle is 0-100% OR output PWM frequency pulse signal (50%). None-servo signal output.

 

* Warning: Please do not let all the soldering pads above in open-circuited or short-circuited states at the same time.
