BRT RCV3 RC to DC Signal Converter Module is a low cost reliable remote control servo PWM signal to dc voltage signal converter module. It accepts RC PWM 1000uS - 2000uS high level signal, and outputs 0-5V directional signal and 0-4.2V motor speed regulation signal. It converts input 1000uS - 2000uS RC PWM signal to output voltage signal in linear proportion. Its output signal is connected to vehicle controller to control motor speed and directions. 7-24V wide range operating power supply, small size, very convenient to do further development.

Operating Instructions:

•Model Airplane Remote control gear placed in the middle position default, RC receiver outputs 1500us RC PWM signal, then connect RC receiver 1500us RC signal to BRT RCV3 RC to DC signal converter module, BRT RCV3 outputs 0V motor speed regulation signal and 0V direction controlling signal., next BRT RCV3 output signal is connected to electric vehicle controller to control motor, the motor is in stop status.

•Pushing the gear up to the upper position, RC receiver outputs 1500us-2000us RC PWM signal, then connect RC receiver 1500us-2000us RC signal to BRT RCV3 RC to DC signal conversion module, BRT RCV3 outputs 0-4.2V motor speed regulation signal and 0V direction controlling signal., next BRT RCV3 output signal is connected to electric vehicle controller to control motor, the motor is in clockwise rotation.

Pushing the gear to the upper max. position, RC receiver outputs 2000us RC PWM signal, then connect RC receiver 2000us RC signal to BRT RCV3 RC to DC signal conversion module, BRT RCV3 outputs 4.2V motor speed regulation signal and 0V direction controlling signal., next BRT RCV2 output signal is connected to electric vehicle controller to control motor, the motor is in highest speed clockwise rotation.

•Pushing the gear down to the lower position, RC receiver outputs 1500us-1000us RC PWM signal, then connect RC receiver 1500us-1000us RC signal to BRT RCV3 RC to DC signal conversion module, BRT RCV3 outputs 4.2-0V motor speed regulation signal and 5V direction controlling signal., next BRT RCV3 output signal is connected to electric vehicle controller to control motor, the motor is in counter-clockwise rotation.

Pushing the gear to the lowest position, RC receiver outputs 1000us RC PWM signal, then connect RC receiver 1000us RC signal to BRT RCV3 RC to DC signal conversion module, BRT RCV3 outputs 4.2V motor speed regulation signal and 5V direction controlling signal., next BRT RCV2 output signal is connected to electric vehicle controller to control motor, the motor is in highest speed counter-clockwise rotation.
